California Coalition for Youth’s Taking Action Conference 2014 (TAC 2014) serves to empower youth, youth advocates, staff and organizational leaders with strategies to create change and improve the lives of California’s disconnected, runaway and homeless youth. In 2014 my role was to plan all logistics for this conference including sponsorship, ticket sales, and registration, scholarship, workshop courses, etc... This event ended with a march to the California State Capitol building where the youth were given the opportunity to speak directly to our state leaders.
